Position: Head of automobile  showroom

Duties:

• Control over the work of the sales team
• Responding to sales center staff’s  routine  questions
• Developing team work culture among the sales center staff, both sale and technical
• Strict control over the sales technics and processes  appointed  by  the marketing and brand managers.
• Overall control over the work of showroom
• Control the right positioning of the vehicles in the showroom
• Control the overall cleannes of the sale center, operability of technical, lighting and voice devices, usage of advertisement materials 
• Control over the operability of the vehicles in the sale center (show)
• Other duties related with the current activity of the sales center

Salary:  Starting net 800 AZN +commision from total sale volulme

Requirements:

• Male or femaile
• Between 25-35 years old
• Higher education (marketing, economy and managerment related education is desirable)
• Minimum of work 1 year experience in the sphere of business development, marketing and sales management
• Azerbaijani-fluent, English-upper intermediate, Russian – medium
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Driving licence: B category
• Ability to work in team
• High sense of responsibility
• Honesty
• Good communication skills
• Problem solving skills

Work schedule:

Monday-Firday between 09.00-18.00
Saturday, between 09.00-16.00
