EnerMech’s Cranes & Lifting division offers a professional and competitive service in all areas of offshore crane and lifting operations. We provide specialist services in the operation, inspection and maintenance of cranes & associated lifting equipment, and lifting related equipment, as well as design, engineering and management of onshore & offshore crane projects.

At the moment Enermech Baku is looking to recruit the Technical Materials Assistant.

Job responsibilities:

• control, distribution & proper registration of issued & received PPE / min-max PPE stock levels control / proper & timely updating of PPE register
• inward & outward materials control
• received & sent materails detailed check & inspection ( identifying of materails discrepancies, shoratges,non-compatibilities, missing certification etc. )
• outward & inward paperwork ( manifesting ) proper control & registration
• assistance on housekeeping issues & supplies
• office employees needs full & timely assistance
• yard handyman support & assistance
• yard assistance & support
• stationery control
• general HSE issues full support & assistance

Qualifications Essential

• University degree

Preferred

• Document control experience
• Computer Proficiency: Advanced PC user

Required Experience:

Preferred

• 1-3 years experience in similar position preferably in oil & gas industry.
• Clear and effective oral and written communication skills in English language;

Essential

• Proficient with Microsoft applications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and time management skills with ability to work independently.
• Experience with database management.
