Draughtsman 

National GIS specialist (Bachelors Degree, 5 years experience in GIS) and the
national Draughtsman/CAD operator (Bachelors Degree, 5 years experience in CAD operations), will carry out, but will not be limited to, the following tasks:

• Review the GIS-based land-use system prepared for Greater Baku Masterplan under World Bank’s technical assistance; and assess if it can be of use or integrated into the multimodal traffic forecasting model, and help defining the urban transport roadmap;
• Conduct thematic analysis to prepare the sustainable urban transport strategy;
• Prepare thematic maps on urban mobility and multimodal traffics for existing and projected 
situations; and Draw pedagogical maps and communication materials (for presentations, exhibition panels, 
video, etc.).
