PASHA Holding invites experienced candidates to fill the position of Junior Information Technologies Specialist.

Requirements:

 Technical education is required;
 1-3 years of experience with IT Help Desk;
 Basic knowledge of networking and configuration of network equipment ;
 Knowledge of VoIP (configuration, setup and etc);
 Knowledge of Windows 7 Environment;
 Professional technology handling;
 Fluency in Azerbaijani and upper-intermediate in English (technical terminology);
 High communication skills with users;
 Detail oriented with the good problem solving skills ;
 Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
 Ready to learn and develop within team;
 Organizational skills, ability to perform in a professional manner;

Position Summary:

 Handling of IT Help Desk
 Support users by providing solutions on any technical issue
 Assist on server equipment issues
 Install and update software for all PCs upon the request
 Equipment monitoring
 Support users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
 Administration of the following products: MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project, LegalAct, 1C;
 Work schedule: 09:00-18:00; 5 days a week. How to apply:
