Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
The CFO is responsible for organizing and leading Finance, Accounting and Economics functions of the company and reports directly to CEO.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Organize and lead all finance related functions in the company;
Lead budgeting process;
Establish and manage IFRS system in the company;
Establish high level cooperation and partnership with domestic and foreign banks and lending institutions;
Work in the direction of taking the company to IPO;
Prepare and submit relevant financial reports to the management.
Education and Experience
Master’s degree in relevant field from a leading university;
At least 10 years of successful experience in senior financial management position with extensive international exposure;
Successful track record of delivering deals with leading banks and lending organizations.
Key Competencies
Strong analytical skills;
Excellent planning and organizing skills;
Result oriented;
Strong leadership skills;
Multilingual (Azerbaijani, English, Russian);
Fully literate in major ERP’s.
