Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The CFO is responsible for organizing and leading Finance, Accounting and Economics functions of the company and reports directly to CEO.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

 Organize and lead all finance related functions in the company;
 Lead budgeting process;
 Establish and manage IFRS system in the company;
 Establish high level cooperation and partnership with domestic and foreign banks and lending institutions;
 Work in the direction of taking the company to IPO;
 Prepare and submit relevant financial reports to the management.

Education and Experience

 Master’s degree in relevant field from a leading university;
 At least 10 years of successful experience in senior financial management position with extensive international exposure;
 Successful track record of delivering deals with leading banks and lending organizations.

Key Competencies

 Strong analytical skills;
 Excellent planning and organizing skills;
 Result oriented;
 Strong leadership skills;
 Multilingual (Azerbaijani, English, Russian);
 Fully literate in major ERP’s.
