Responsible for finding, attracting and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet fund's workforce needs and goals.
• Develop, and implement all phases of the recruitment process;
• Collaborate with department directors to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria to identify, interview and hire suitable candidates;
• Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role and the needs of the organization;
• Assist with job posting and advertisement processes;
• Screen applications and assist with selection of the qualified candidates;
• Assist with selecting applicants by actively use of social media and applicant tracking systems;
• Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials;
• Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with directors and other stakeholders;
• Maintain and store accurate candidate records;
• Analyze staffing logistics and organize documentation;
• Organize and oversee new employee orientations, on-boarding and training programs;
• Proactively administer, improve and update HR Policies, documents and Procedures;
• Represent organization in the community and at recruiting events;
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English required
