Job Description:

  • Tracking of shipments with purchased orders;
  • Updating of quotes reflection sheets and other reports reporting to the Sales Executive/Sales Manager of the status of orders (on daily basis);
  • International Procurement Issues;
  • Keeping registers up to date, preparation of paperwork, assisting sales team in daily issues, ability to work in a team, multitasking, responsible, accurate;
  • Managing client’s quotes/purchase orders;
  • Filling/updating the client’s spreadsheet;
  • Providing weekly updates to the client;
  • Assisting with pricing for completed work;

Main Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information;
  • High school diploma or University Degree;
  • Knowledge off MS Office programs and e-mail at highly proficient level;
  • Good in English, Azerbaijani & Russian languages.
