Job Description:
- Tracking of shipments with purchased orders;
- Updating of quotes reflection sheets and other reports reporting to the Sales Executive/Sales Manager of the status of orders (on daily basis);
- International Procurement Issues;
- Keeping registers up to date, preparation of paperwork, assisting sales team in daily issues, ability to work in a team, multitasking, responsible, accurate;
- Managing client’s quotes/purchase orders;
- Filling/updating the client’s spreadsheet;
- Providing weekly updates to the client;
- Assisting with pricing for completed work;
Main Requirements:
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information;
- High school diploma or University Degree;
- Knowledge off MS Office programs and e-mail at highly proficient level;
- Good in English, Azerbaijani & Russian languages.
