Warehouse Manager

Functions

As a warehouse manager for A+A Events you are in charge of our warehouse and our equipment stock, as well as for transportation issues and logistics.

• Maintain security, cleanliness and professionalism of our A+A
 Warehouse
• Update, track and repair of our inventory (event technology)
• „Hands-on“ work for basic repairs ( cases, staging etc.)
• Overseeing the planned maintenance of equipment, vehicles and
 machinery
• Scheduling employees, truck drivers, arranging drop offs and
 deliveries
• Checking and verifying shipping records
• motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the
 workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met
• Handling questions of concerns of equipment shortages
• Keeping inventory software up to date and planning future capacity
 requirements

Skills and Education background

The ideal candidate will have :

• Good communication skills - English and Russian required
• basic computer skills (Office, Excel etc.)
• willing to work physical and taking responsibilty
• Truck driving license
• Forklifft license
