Role Synopsis:

Project Coordinator is responsible for leading the shopping centres renovation/reconstruction projects.

Key Accountabilities:

• Communicating with project stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, reports, and documentation
• Monitoring and tracking project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Lead the assigned real estate construction projects on behalf of the operator/investor.
• Managing site and office meeting with subcontractors, operators, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintaining an appropriate communication among all stakeholders which work on the project.
• Technical review of all projects in DWG files.
• Prepare design, spec and BOQ for revision works of the buildings.
• Good follow-up the inspection agenda in malls.
• Witnessing of testing commissioning works of new upcoming projects.
• Doing inspections and preparing snag lists of upcoming and ongoing projects.
• Translating and transferring the needs of the leasing department to construction team.
• Update work schedules of ongoing construction projects regularly
• Preparing operator change requests (OCR), nonconformances requests (NCR) accordingly.
• Ensuring procedures and processes are cost efficient.
• Perform or review analysis of changes to determine their impacts on cost, schedule, and quality.
• Preparing Ad-hoc reports for senior management.

Essential Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or civil engineering or related undergraduate/graduate degree
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in design, construction and/or retail development sector
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
• Strong project management skills, a project management certification is plus
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong planning skills
• Ability to do audit of construction activities.
