Administrative Assistant Azerbaijan

Responsible for:

• Make travel arrangements for employees and coordinating meetings/inter-company events; includes all visa documentation and management.
• Prepare and process documents for translation via third-party vendor.
• Coordinate department needs, eg. ordering and managing office equipment and supplies, maintaining phone lists , creating SC in buy
• Prepare the required document for office cars

• Assists in special projects from managers as needed, e.g. office, house leasing
• Coordinates activities for receptionist, courier, driver and cleaner
• Support business needs of GM
• ordering office supplies, stationary, business cards for office employees
• providing support on getting visa for  guests, related hotel reservation, transfers (timely appearance of drivers), any other issues
• control of driver’s and cleaner lady’s schedules
• ordering tickets, related transfers (timely appearance of drivers), hotel reservations for CP staff and any other issues-monitoring the processes
• Ordering fuel for Company employees (those who own cars) and other related issues
• mobile phone services issues
• creating expense reports for GM, drivers (when repair is needed for office cars) 

The Individual

Education:

Higher Education degree required
Advance level of English, Fluent – Russian, Azeri

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an office environment
• PC knowledge
