Key Responsibilities:

  • Creates and direct marketing strategy and campaigns.
  • Liaise with Costa International Group - identify key marketing trends and opportunities across territories for the company
  • Setting and managing Marketing budget in line with businesses plan targets
  • Leading consumer promotions, events, and marketing programs
  • Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
  • Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
  • Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.
  • Manage local websites and social media channels

Key Skills/Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and /or Business with advance degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
  • Exposure to digital and direct response marketing (Digital Marketing Qualification, Google Analytics and AdWords preferred)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
  • Strong analytical and multitasking skills
  • Results oriented individual
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
