Position: Project Manager
Report to: New Projects and Investments Department Director
Key Responsibilities:
• To perform duties on the current lime production projects;
• To search for new and potential clients on the lime project and build relationships with them;
• To set up and perform works with related government bodies;
• To file project documents;
• To prepare presentations in MS Power Point program in the framework of the project;
• To assist the department director in current works;
• To set up effective cooperation and information exchange with other departments.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in the technical field;
• At least 10 years of experience in construction, project management and marketing spheres;
• At least 5 years management experience
• Work experience in business planning programs (Gant chart, PMS);
• Fluent in spoken and written Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
• Computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Internet and etc.);
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
