Joint Leasing Company is currently looking to recruit a highly motivated individual for the position of Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee operations of the Finance Department;
- Optimization of the Company financial reporting;
- Development of the Company accounting policy and ensure the implementation of the policy;
- Maintain cost effective procedures for all areas;
- Identify the need for changes in operations, methods and accounting to keep them efficient and profitable;
- Keep up to date on current trends in financial industry;
- Analyze results of operations and prepares financial projections;
- Prepare annual budget;
- Review expenses to ensure compliance with budget;
- Credit control;
- Prepare operational and financial reports;
- Cash flow analysis and cash flow forecast;
- Prepare reports for external auditors and coordinate audit process.
- Assist other areas in resolving accounting inquiries and providing support for these areas.

Requirements and skills:

• University Degree (MBA, MS in Finance, Accounting or Economics);
• Minimum 2-3 years of financial management or similar position;
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Azerbaijani accounting and tax system;
• Fluency in  Azeri / English
• Strong MS Office skills, strong knowledge of Excel program is essential
• Flexible and fast learning
• Excellent management, communication, organizational and teamwork skills.

Conditions:

Based on the experience and skills of the candidate, the salary offered is 1500 – 1800 AZN.
