Essential functions and essential job responsibilities:

  • Bank, income-expenditure, depreciation, fixed assets, inventories, management costs, insurance documents, etc. to ensure that such accounting documents are kept regularly and on time;
  • To carry out insurance operations of the company and to ensure compensation of all damages;
  • Supervise the preparation of payment lists for suppliers and employees;
  • To ensure that supplier and dealer accounts are checked and settled;
  • To ensure the development of accounting reports in the standard accounting procedures (SAP) program;
  • Control general accounting processes in the SAP program;
  • Be responsible for accounts receivable systems and advance orders, including receipt of all invoices, reconciliation, confirmations and checking against account numbers, making bank transfers and canceling invoices;
  • Be responsible for the information included in the invoice and the receivables, as well as the amounts collected from the selling companies;
  • To close monthly, quarterly and annual reporting periods in accordance with accounting principles in the SAP program and coordinate accounting activities for the company's reporting purposes;
  • To monitor the compliance of corporate expenses with the agreements and activities of the company;
  • To control the company's contracts in accordance with the applicable tax legislation and accounting standards;
  • Check and control that all operations are carried out in accordance with tax legislation;
  • To control the conduct of accounting operations in accordance with standards and tax legislation;
  • To ensure preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual reports for tax, as well as other state bodies;
  • To maintain contact with tax as well as other government agencies.

Management responsibilties:

  • Participate in the recruitment process, determine goals, development and training plans and evaluate the performance indicators of subordinates;
  • Coaching and motivating subordinates to achieve higher performance and job satisfaction.

General obligaitons:

  • Research, business improvement, company events, etc. perform multi-functional tasks such as participation in activities;
  • To operate in accordance with the rules and regulations of the company;

Principal operations:

  • Payment transactions;
  • Insurance transactions;
  • Payment schedule control;
  • Control over registration of invoices in SAP systems;
  • Monthly closing of the reporting period;
  • Regulation of employee expenses;
  • Control of inventory calculation;
  • Registration, depreciation, counting of fixed assets;
  • Ensuring the preparation and timely submission of reports for tax and other state authorities;
  • Management of company contracts in accordance with applicable tax legislation and accounting standards

Measurement of performance indicators:

  • Development of SAP systems (including all accounting work carried out in the SAP program);
  • Preparation and submission of reports for tax and other state authorities, as well as ensuring the implementation of payments, in accordance with the period provided for by local legislation;
  • Ensuring the proper implementation of all tax payments;
  • Management of company contracts in accordance with applicable tax legislation and accounting standards;
  • Closing the monthly reporting period neatly and on time;
  • Control of registration and verification of the company's inventory and fixed assets;
  • To accounting work by local legislation
