Main duties:
- Administration of creating, editing and publishing of original, high-quality content of social media pages
- Assistance in creating a strategy for definite social media page
- Creation of regular publishing schedule: defining best timings for publishing depending on the type of content
- Creating a calendar of important and special dates, holidays, mourning days, the company generated events and developing content for it.
- Instant reaction to important news of the day.
- Working closely with a designer for creating special content on special occasions
- Keeping up to date with the latest fashion/retail/show business and country important news and with current digital trends
- Generating live posts
- Copywriting (Azerbaijani, English) and generation creative texts for posts
- Providing accurate monthly reports and analysis
- Finding out the main interests of the target audience in related business
- Analysing the feedback of followers (both positive and negative)
- Analysing competitors’ SMM
- Research and apply the international experience of the field
- Creating a list of events that are happening and transform it into the news in Social Media
- Researching and applying international experience of the field
- Attend events that are taking place in the stores and create content about it
- To be in constant contact with brand partners in order to be aware of the products
- Work closely with E commerce, digital Marketing and Marketing team, brainstorm, generate ideas
- Preparing the weekly content plans based on stock
- Direct messages and comments answering (within 1 working day)
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in SMM or related field
- Proficient in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages at an upper-intermediate level
- Good computer literacy (MS Office)
- Excellent communication skills
