Monthly salary is 543 AZN gross (including taxes)

Working hours :  09.00 – 18.00 
         

Day off: Sat & Sun

Must be proficient in Azeri, Russian, and English.

Experience: Must have at least 1 year of prior experience in related field.

Transport is provided

Job description:

• Have a thorough understanding of fire alarm procedures and other safety procedures.
• Have a thorough understanding of Hotel rules and regulations.
• Maintain all public areas and guestrooms on an on-going basis (corner guards, locks, windows, doors, furniture.)
• Keep the hotel decor in good condition.
• Clean all work areas after completing job.
• Fill out daily work form.
• Have the knowledge and ability to use the proper equipment and tools.
• Maintain all electrical equipment throughout the property.
• Receive direction from engineering management on daily work assignments according to hotel needs.
• Set up electrical exhibits.
• Maintain all the refrigeration equipment in the building.
• Maintain all HVAC equipment in the building (guestrooms, public areas, function rooms)
• Maintain (paint, wallpaper, plaster, etc.) all public areas and guest rooms on an on-going basis.
• Use courteous conduct with all guest encounters and complete maintenance requests to the total satisfaction for the guest.
