IT Coordinator

Main job responsibilities:

- Find out and solve Windows based system problems
- Pro-actively support and enhance operational status of IT systems
- Be responsible for the integrity of the network infrastructure
- Track and update Trouble Tickets
- Identifies the hardware and software needed to satisfy user requirements
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.
- Assist with onboarding of new users. Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
- Loads appropriate software packages such as operating systems, networking components and office applications
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems
- Connects users to networks and provides initial training in facilities and applications.
- Administers e-mail and anti-virus systems.

Skills and competencies:

- Experience with relevant WAN/LAN technologies, server virtualization, storage, security technologies, and databases
- MS Active Directory, MS Exchange 2003/2010/2013, Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016
- Firewalls, routers, switches, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, FTP, internet protocols
- Hardware concepts (RAID, SAN, x86 Architecture, SCSI, ISCSI, FCP, FCIP)
- Ability to make contacts and develop effective working relationships within and outside the department, maintaining a high degree of professionalism, requiring tact and judgment to avoid friction
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple problems simultaneously
- Azerbaijani (Fluent), Russian/English language at correspondence / communication level

Salary: 600-800 AZN
