Job description:
- Writing a strategy and conducting digital advertising campaigns,
- Preparation and implementation of monthly and quarterly advertising content,
- Creating advertising campaigns on digital channels,
- Monitor and analyze campagne performance, social media accounts, and adjust strategies accordingly ( Instagram, facebook, pinterest, snapchat)
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies,
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and prefereces,
- Research competitors’ pricing and products,
- Build and maintain the ongoing website strategy to ensure a leading-edge web presence, focused on lead generation,
- Champion new ideas and be proactive and reactive to changes in the digital marketplace
- Collaborate with international teams to execute global campaigns and initiatives
Qualification and skills:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar field,
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist,
- Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijan, Russian and English language,
- Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising,
- Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics platforms,
- Effective leadership and time management skills,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Highly developed attention to detail,
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint,
- Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of the luxury market.
Work schedule: 5 days on weekdays (09:00 - 18:00),
Salary: 1500 AZN net.
