                 Key responsibilities:
	- Provision of verbal or written advice to the management and staff;
 
	- Preparation of the company’s corporate documents, including drafting charters, resolutions, and minutes;
 
	- Participating in the establishment of new company offices or divisions, affiliated companies, and their reorganization and liquidation by developing their legal structure, charter, and other legal documents;
 
	- Participating corporate secretary role: following task allocation and fulfillment.
 
	- When looking for an in-house lawyer, Almet Holding should consider a candidate with a combination of legal expertise and practical experience in the steel trading industry. This will enable the lawyer to provide effective legal support and advice to the company and its subsidiaries.
 
It's preferable to have a lawyer who has experience in the following areas:
	- Corporate Law: A lawyer with expertise in corporate law is needed to advise the company on the legal aspects of its operations, including compliance with local regulations, the formation of subsidiaries, and the maintenance of legal records.
 
	- Tax Law: A lawyer with knowledge of tax laws in the countries where the company operates is important to ensure compliance with tax regulations and minimize tax liabilities.
 
	- Customs Law: As the company is involved in the import and export of steel, a lawyer with knowledge of customs law is needed to advise on customs compliance and minimize risks associated with customs regulations.
 
	- Experience in Azerbaijan: Given that the main company is located in Azerbaijan, it is highly desirable to have a lawyer with experience in the country's legal system, as well as familiarity with local regulations and laws.
 
	- Strong communication skills: The in-house lawyer will need to be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders within the company, including executives, traders, and staff in different departments.
 
To perform the role, you should have:
	- At least bachelor degree in law, any degree from a foreign university will be an advantage;
 
	- Advanced written and spoken Azerbaijani and English language skills;
 
	- At least three years of experience as a lawyer (multinational company or international law firm experience will be an advantage);
 
	- Ability to handle multiple tasks;
 
	- Demonstrating a pro-active approach and taking initiative on issues concerning the Company activities;
 
	- Effective business communication and interpersonal skills;
