Cleaning Supervisor (female)

General Description

To maintain good personal relation with all cleaning team
To ensure high quality services are delivered to the client
To fulfil all necessary task, given by Service Manager
To ensure health and safety standards are implemented and maintained throughout the operation
To promote Safety at work and outside work at all times.
Always lead by example and always conduct business in a safe and professional manner.

The Cleaning Supervisor must:

• Ensure that the high quality services are delivered to the client.
• Direct the Day and Night shift Cleaning Team during their shift
• Ensure that all cleaning areas are clean on the daily basis
• Control that the conducted cleaning of the areas are recorded in apropriate forms on the daily and weekly basis
• Ensure that all cleaning team are familiar with MSDS sheets of using chemicals
• Ensure that every cleaner’s cleaning equipment are clean and in the good condition
• Inspect the all cleaning areas during the shift
• Ensure that all deliveries of cleaning materials are well organized and run according with company standards. 
• Ensure that all stock maintain according with company standards
• Fill in the stop cards on weekly basis during the shift
• Assist to the Service Manager on all necessary duties during the shift
• Report directly to the Service Manager on any issues.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Always wear the proper and clean uniform
• Ensure and enforce that all PPE is available and worn at all times when working.
• Be clean and presentably at all the times
• By helpfull and polite with the clients
• Always carry out your duties in the best manner for the company
