Revenue Assurance Specialist
Requirements:
Higher Education (Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication, Mathematics or equivalent)
At least 2 years of experience in IT/Billing field;
Excellent scripting and database programming skills (SQL, PL SQL),experience with MS SQL, Oracle, CBOSS. Knowledge of programming language for data tools development is preferable
Strong CBOSS, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle skills
Free of military obligation;
Knowledge of Azerbaijani (Fluent), Russian (intermediate) and English (intermediate)
Required competencies:
Good experience in automation and data analysis
Good knowledge of telecom business logic and principles
Reporting and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet the set deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good team working skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and prevent revenue leakage from any of the company’s revenue streams and where identified, to work with involved parties to plug leakage, ensure future revenues are assured, and where possible re-claim lost revenue
Preparation of monthly Trunk reconciliation report
Purpose of Control: to check traffic flow between MSC and CBOSSİnterconnect and mutual settlements between interconnect operators.
Preparation of monthly 3Way Match report
Purpose of Control: reconciliation between Interconnect, BCC, BCC prepaid and RTB platforms.
Revenue and Invoice control of content providers
Purpose of Control: to check mutual settlements between Azerfon and Content Providers and monitoring daily revenue.
Preparation of Prepaid and Postpaid Account Profile Reconciliation reports between HLR and Billing
Purpose of Control: to compare subscribers’ records and statuses on CBOSS against those on HLR.
Billing rejects –discarded CDRs
Purpose of Control: to track all the rejected events, investigate their reasons, provide recommendations to resolve rejected events and rate them properly to save revenue.
