Job Summary:

We are looking for IT Project Manager to be responsible for handling our company's ongoing and new projects. 

Project Manager’s responsibilities include direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of the project while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. This is a senior role at an organization and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

Our ideal candidates are multi-skilled and highly capable candidates and will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead IT project teams of various sizes.

With plans to expand the team size you will be able to join at an early stage and make a real mark in the business. You will play a crucial role in the company adding exciting new features to their product.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
• Evaluate and assess the result of the project.
• Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
• Participate in tender process i.e., design, submission and review.
• Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary.
• Secure growth opportunities and initiating new projects.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or similar field.
• More than 2 years’ experience in managing average and major, different and complex İT projects.
• Extensive understanding the Project Management Lifecycle, Technology Project & Program Management Standards.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management scheduling processes and tools (work breakdown structure, Project Plans, issue & risk management matrices, etc.)
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and good in English language.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills included.
• Leadership skills.
• Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills.
• Conflict resolution experience.
