Responsibilities:

• System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain integrated IT solutions that align with client requirements. Work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to support system integration projects.
• Pre-Sale: Extract and clarify technical requirements and constraints from the documentation, collaborate with the sales and account management teams to understand technical requirements and challenges.
• Post-Sale: Develop a detailed project plan that outlines tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for the implementation phase. Integrate new components or systems seamlessly into the client's existing infrastructure, taking into account compatibility and interoperability.
• Networking: Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, APs, WLCs and firewalls.
• Virtualization: Deploy and manage virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V) to optimize resource utilization.
• Security: Implement security best practices to safeguard systems and networks from threats and vulnerabilities.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Client Support: Provide technical support to clients, addressing their inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation of software and hardware, configurations to implement it in future projects.
• Learning and Development: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies through training and self-study.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience working on a similar position.
• A CCNA certification is mandatory. Industry certifications such as CCNP R&S, CCNP Collaboration, CWNP, ACMP or equivalent certifications from reputable vendors are highly desired.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF).
• Experience with network security technologies (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS).
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Advanced understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Expertise in designing, configuring and managing wired and wireless network infrastructure with Cisco, Aruba or Juniper wireless controllers and APs.
• Understanding in VoIP system configuration, including IP-PBX, SIP, and VoIP protocols.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
• Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Ansible, Python) are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex network and VoIP issues.
• Commitment to staying updated with industry trends and emerging networking technologies.
