  • We are searching for a skilled and professional HR Manager for our hotel. 
  • Our hotel is 4 stars property in the Hospitality Industry needs talented candidates for our jobs. Your role is to recruit the staff for different departments and train them for their specific roles. 
  • This role requires excellent communication skills and efficiency to deal with the staff of different levels. You are expected to provide them with necessary information regarding their role in a team and their responsibilities.
  • You will act as a bridge between the management and the employees. You will be responsible for planning and implementing new HR strategies and oversee our entire HR operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design hiring plans for all hotel departments 
  • Interview and assess job candidates
  • Manage compensation and benefits plans
  • Oversee employee attendance and working schedules, including paid time off, overtime 
  • Onboard new hires
  • Report on employee turnover rates
  • Implement employee retention programs (like end-of-season bonuses)
  • Schedule trainings for all hotel employees (for example, customer service skills training)
  • Act as the point of contact when employees have queries or job-related issues
  • Ensure hotel staff complies with relevant health and safety regulations
  • Hire new staff as per the hotel requirement to ensure smooth functioning of hotel operations
  • Train the staff according to hotel policies and rules
  • Evaluate the performance of employees and conduct desired training programs
  • Maintain and update staff details 
  • Resolve job related issues and queries of staff on day to day basis
  • Plan rewards and benefits on the basis of performance to motivate employees
  • Plan out appraisals and performance management strategies
  • Maintain and promote a positive working environment

Requirements:

  • Work experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Experience in conducting interviews
  • Understanding and excelllent knowlendge of labor legislation 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • BSc in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar field
