Specialist daily adventures will include:

  • Manage daily operations with placing of order to trade partners.
  • Request delivering status from the suppliers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Organize the most efficient logistics routing.
  • Monitor, improve and optimize key delivery metrics to increase efficiency of monitoring for our customers
  • Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
  • Produce and maintain all reports.
  • Work closely with the Department Manager, operations teams and HQ functions to develop local strategy and implement global initiatives.
  • Build complex financial and operational models focused on optimizing each component of deliveries.

What we are looking for:

  • BS degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of previous relevant experience in supply chain (purchasing and logistics) operations, sales operations, consultancy or analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of sales operations and sales arrangements is a must. To this extent, the candidate would ideally have participated in business and commercial aspects of this nature.
  • Good understanding of INCOTERMS and related matters for customs procedures.
  • An analytical thinker who loves to solve problems (advanced Excel skills are a must).
  • Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems.
  • Person who deliver stuff on time & handle stress well.
  • Social Person who can easily network with people of all backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication & written skills in Azeri, English and Russian.
