The successful candidates should have:
• NEBOSH International Certificate or equivalent.
• Experienced HSE Trainer in developing training materials & delivery.
• Ability to plan outcomes-based training events; write effective training materials using multimedia; deliver appropriate & effective training & assessment of learning.
• Has had formal training as an instructor, holds a Certificate or Diploma in Training Methodology & Practice
• Preferred languages Azerbaijani, English, Russian
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:
• Provides training services to office and site construction team. Support. This includes trainings related to Occupational Safety, Emergency Response, Health, Environment, and Risk.
• Maintain site HSE training matrix .
• Assists in the development of appropriate mandatory HSE training matrixes for all employees and contractors.
• Regularly evaluates the effectiveness of HSE training and develops appropriate training solutions/changes to ensure a high level of quality and competency.
• Identifies implements and maintains appropriate training facilities, materials, and resources to support HSE training needs.
• Submit regular reports to the HSE Manager on the status of the HSE training program. Analyze trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Maintains a documented inventory of HSE training including specifications, requirements, curriculum, etc. Ensures that an accurate database of HSE training is maintained against all employees and contractors.
• Develop and maintain proactive relationships with BP HSE training department.
