Project Manager
POSITION MISSION
Plan, Control and Monitor related activities on Application and Software project. Control the time & cost, to deliver the project in pre-agreed scope with quality.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Deliver telecomm project under company’s primary delivery methodologies and maintenance customer relationship and satisfaction
2. Independently manage projects with high risk and complexity ensuring final delivery to meet customer’s expectations within Time and Quality obligation.
3. Working as primary interface with customer to plan, organize and execute joint tasks with customer PM with quality; ensuring good customer satisfaction and developing the customer relationship.
4. Identify and seek solution for major and critical issues and risks;
5. Build up project team and project management policy;
6. Manage the project on progress, quality and cost throughout project life cycle.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor degree of above and computer, IT information, MIS, telecommunication or electricity.
• 5+ years working experience, 3+ year as PM
• Fluent and efficient communication in speaking and written English, knowing Russian or Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong on organizing, planning and communication with people.
• Open minded, self motivated and object oriented.
PREFERRED CERTIFICATE
PMP or PRINCE 2
