Job responsibilities:
- Work in cooperation with CEO on the establishment, control and evaluation of sales department
- Overseeing daily operation in sales department
- Analyze and review sales data
- Evaluate and control the work and progress of Sales Specialists
- Lead or control each sale from first contact till contract signing
- Plan and implement pro-active sales
- Actively seek for new opportunities and directions
- Handle all incoming requests in the studio
- Be engaged and follow the overall strategy of the studio
Requirements:
- 3+ years working in sales, preferably as a Manager
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Dedication to providing excellent client service
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent leadership skills
- Basic understanding of marketing, creative and web industry
