Club 16 at Qafqaz Baku City Hotel & Residences is looking to recruit a Spa Receptionist.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Excellent personal grooming and presentation skills
• Fluent in Azeri, Russian, English
• Team player with a flexible approach to working hours
• Previous experience in a hotel/SPA/Fitness center is an advantage
• Computer literate

Key responsibilities:

• Greets guest upon arrival
• Ensure High standards of service to all clients
• Take booking and reservations over the telephone as well as face to face
• The ability to develop individual fitness and wellness programs tailored to guest needs 
• To oversee the day to day running of the spa
