Guest Relations Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay
  • Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival
  • Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in
  • Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones
  • Expect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires
  • Actively listen and resolve guests’ complaints
  • Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests 
  • Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure they resolve customer concerns
  • Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered
  • Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight-see
  • Establish friendly relationships with regular hotel guests
  • Prepare guest feedback reports for management

 Requirements and Skills: 

  • Previous Hotel Front Office background is must
  • Knowledge of Azeri, English, Russian is required
  • Understanding of all hotel management best practices 
  • Hands-on experience with Hotel Management System (PMS)
  • Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
  • Excellent problem solving and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Strong sense of responsibility and professional presentation
