Main responsibilities:

  • Supports Commercial Director in drawing up the sales action plan of the respective segments and focuses on reaching the revenue goals
  • Planning, co-ordination and implementing of all sales trips in the designated territory by agreement with the Commercial Director in the most efficient and optimal way
  • Identification of potential new corporate accounts and assuring the corresponding sales activities to win these customers
  • Manage a given portfolio of clients on a proactive basis
  • Manage RFP process
  • Work with Area Support Office and Senior Hotel Management team to develop short and long-term sales strategies together
  • Train and support new Team Members and Sales Representatives

Requirements:

  • Be well-versed in the hospitality market and ahead of the market trends
  • Minimum two years experience in Sales Department in Hospitality industry 
  • Dynamic, outgoing and result oriented sales person
  • Good communication and social skills
  • Experience in people management is of advantage
  • Experience with Opera is of advantage
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, Russian
