Overall responsibilities:

The Administrative Assistant assigned to the SES Activity Aghjabadi regional office will be responsible for the effective and timely day-to-day office operations as well as financial management in the office.

 Required Skills and Experience:

  • Three or more years of professional work experience in administrative/operational support of development programs for international organizations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, very well organized and detailed oriented.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work on a busy schedule.
  • High school degree, a university degree is preferred.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Azerbaijani and in written and spoken intermediate-level English languages.
  • Competent in the use of MS Office (especially MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Proven track record of impeccable professional and personal integrity.
