Overall responsibilities:

The Civil Engineers will be responsible for the overall project design, engineering, and construction activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Degree in general engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in construction and infrastructure rehabilitation project design and engineering. Prior experience in working with international organizations in these areas is desired.
• Proficiency in the use of relevant engineering software.
• Familiarity with Azerbaijan’s environmental, procurement, design, and construction regulations/guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills in Azerbaijani and professional communication skills in English.
• Through reference checks, proven record of impeccable professionalism and personal integrity.
