Job Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and invoices.
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
- Tracking of the incoming requests, backups, quotations.
- Drafting, editing, translate and send quotations.
- Ensure all relevant documents are established and submitted to suppliers along with enquiries.
- Act as the link between sales team and different counterparts.
- Review received Material/Service Requisition and verify accuracy.
- Follow Company related policies and standards.
Requirements:
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
