Job Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and invoices.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
  • Tracking of the incoming requests, backups, quotations.
  • Drafting, editing, translate and send quotations.
  • Ensure all relevant documents are established and submitted to suppliers along with enquiries.
  • Act as the link between sales team and different counterparts.
  • Review received Material/Service Requisition and verify accuracy.
  • Follow Company related policies and standards.

Requirements:

  • Verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
  • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
