Key Accountabilities:

  • To ensure compliance where appropriate with the Company's procedures and policies in compliance with ISO 45001:2018, 14001:2015 9001:2015 and ISM & ISPS requirements
  • Follow company BMS & SMS requirements strictly
  • Maintaining warehouse daily activities.
  • Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
  • Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
  • Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
  • To maintain good stock control of all items held in warehouse
  • Arrange collections/deliveries to vessels in timely manner in line to relevant company and local legal requirements
  • Provide weekly & monthly Operational and HSE reports (Time Sheets, Stock List, Job Files) to the office team.
  • Maintaining Security and Integrity of company storage facilities
  • Monitor inventory on regular basis. Maintain a proper documentation for incoming and outgoing materials 
  • Constant Control of inventory movement
  • Control behavior of the local force, housekeeping and general work order at the whole Service Centre operations and Storage areas.
  • Ensure compliance to company CoW (Control of Work), SMS and local legal requirements
  • Provide support to any other business, as required by management
  • Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
  • Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
  • Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers
  • To control that PPE is adhered by personnel in the service Centre
  • To prepare ad hoc reports as and when required by the Procurement Manager and/or Finance Manager.
  • To support any other duties, as per management request.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Fluent English and Azerbaijani
  • Must have a Batcheler Degree 
  • Degree in technical field would be beneficial
  • Good skills to Intermediate level in Microsoft products.
  • Must have 3-4 years of working experience in a similar role

Job specific skills:

  • SAP/ NSE user skills are an advantage and highly preferred
  • Computer literate.
  • Good Communication skills in English is a must.
  • Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software

 Generic skills:

  • Must be able to multi-task and properly delegate
  • Must have exceptional organizational skills
  • Must have exceptional time management skills
  • Must help team understand performance targets and goals.
