Office/ Admin Manager - should support Main Office to prepare tender and handle all local requirements in Azerbaijan.
Job Description:
- Writing official letters to government agencies and various firms, preparing texts, sending letters, and monitoring the process
- Answer calls
- Implementation of e-mails and correspondence
- Carry out tasks assigned by management
- Correspondence and negotiations on the tender process;
- Preparation of relevant documents taking into account the requirements for participants and sending to the Customer within the required time;
- Regular correspondence with international companies, partners, and customers and ensure long-term relationships;
- Identification of tenders announced by the government and commercial organizations and corresponding to the type of activity of the company;
- Preliminary investigation of the announcement and informing the management;
- Coordination of commercial terms of tender proposals and control of technical accuracy;
- During the preparation of the tender proposal and during the evaluation period after the submission of the proposal
- Correspondence with the Tender Commission, ensuring timely and correct answers to incoming questions
- Representation of the company during the tender process;
- Execute and monitor the tender process;
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports on the progress of tender processes;
Requirements for the candidate:
- High education
- Work experience: more than 10 years
- Age: over 35
- Know the principles of corporate governance
- Must be active, proactive, and logical
- Responsible, positive, smiling, and polite
- Perform tasks with high quality and without delay
- Computer skills (ability to work well in MS Office programs)
- Experience working with office equipment.
