Responsibilities:
- Organizing and executing assigned business projects on behalf of clients according to client’s requirements
- Meeting with assigned clients when needed and performing an initial assessment of a problematic situation
- Collecting information about the client’s business to define the problem concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution
- Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution
- Consolidate the findings from the analysis and present solutions to the client
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSc/BA, Finance, Marketing, Economics is expected; MSc/MBA is a plus
- Consulting experience isn’t required but preferred
- 2 or more year experience in business environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Well-developed broad knowledge of different industries
- Sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional client service
- Fluency in English is expected
Personality and Interpersonal Skills:
- Ability to structure and manage intensive workloads
- A good team player, dedicated to contributing toward the outcome desired by the team
- High degree of emotional intelligence to effectively deal with clients and team
- Confidence and maturity to work with senior executives
