Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor financial planning strategies to ensure the company's financial health and achieve long-term financial goals.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to establish realistic financial targets.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial forecasts, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and optimize the company's cash flow to support operational needs and investment opportunities.
- Implement effective strategies to minimize financial risk and enhance liquidity.
- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Implement cost control measures while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of audit requirements.
- Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
- Lead and mentor a finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA qualification is highly desirable. CFA, ACCA certificate is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of IFRS standards
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present financial reporting.
- Experience in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
