Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor financial planning strategies to ensure the company's financial health and achieve long-term financial goals.
  • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to establish realistic financial targets.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial forecasts, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and optimize the company's cash flow to support operational needs and investment opportunities.
  • Implement effective strategies to minimize financial risk and enhance liquidity.
  • Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Implement cost control measures while maintaining quality standards.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of audit requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Lead and mentor a finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA qualification is highly desirable. CFA, ACCA certificate is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of IFRS standards
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present financial reporting.
  • Experience in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Salary: Negotiable and commensurate with experience.
