Responsibilities:

• Organizing and executing assigned business projects (strategy, feasibility studies, restructuring, investment plans) on behalf of clients according to client’s requirements
• Meeting with assigned clients when needed and performing an initial assessment of a current situation
• Collecting information about the client’s business to define the problem concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution
• Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution
• Consolidate the findings from the analysis and present solutions to the client
• Supervise and train a team of Junior Consultants by assigning tasks and reviewing results to achieve project objectives

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field. Master/MBA is preferred
• 2-3 years of relevant experience is required (preferably in consulting/business advisory/financial services)
• Well-developed broad knowledge of different industries and business functional areas such as strategy, finance, marketing, and operations
• Strong consulting skills: business acumen, strategic thinking, analytical and creative problem-solving, communicating complex ideas
• Sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and high motivation
• Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel)
• Fluency in English is required. Any other language would be considered as an asset.

Personality and Interpersonal Skills:

• Ability to structure and manage intensive workloads
• A good team player, dedicated to contributing toward the outcome desired by the team
• Leadership abilities to inspire and mentor junior analysts, foster teamwork, and drive collaboration among team members
• High degree of emotional intelligence to effectively deal with clients and the team
• Confidence and maturity to work with senior management levels
