Requirements
Higher Education;
At least 2 years work experience preferably in a multinational company;
Knowledge of the supply chain, company and product assortment;
Thorough knowledge of processes within and beyond own function;
Negotiation, supplier selection, legal, planning, communication, guidance of others and possibly project management;
Total cost understanding;
Market understanding;
Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages (fluent) ;
Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) skills;
Free of Military obligation;

Roles & Responsibilities:
Knowledge of Procurement & related procedures. Execute and ensure procurement process in accordance with timeframes, procedure, process
Market analyses, search for required materials off/on shore, maintenance & follow up of Supplier’s database
Follow up, revision, verification, accuracy check, report on execution of purchase requests
Prepare, hold, evaluate, finalize and report tenders/biddings/information requests
Development, negotiation, definition of most favorable terms of purchases
Finalization of the product/service selection by preparing required documents/explanations ground reasons for the selection
Purchase Order management (placement, follow up, reporting, closing, etc)
Local implementation of contracts and follow-up.
Contract initiation, definition terms & conditions, management (contracting for smaller values)
Reporting/Analyses. Purchase requests (MSR’s), PO’s, Savings, Supplier (ABC analyses), task progress other if required
