Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
  • Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
  • Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
  • Hiring, training, and managing food and beverage staff.
  • Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
  • Assisting with marketing events.
  • Following food and safety regulations.
  • To maximise associate productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling in order to meet the financial goals of the outlet as well as the expectations of the guests.
  • To ensure that each profit centre (e.g. Outlet, Bar, Banquets) is operated in line with maximising profit while delivering on the brand promise.
  • To assist in the inventory management and on-going maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.
  • Tourism and hospitality management degree is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of the food industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software.
  • Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to forecast food and beverage needs.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Great delegation skills.
  • Knowledge of Azeri, English is must, Russian is advantage.
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills.
