Key responsibilities:

  • Continuously improve and manage the Business Sustainability process by updating Business Sustainability, Accident Recovery and Crisis Management plans.
  • Carry out Risk Management, Business Impact Analysis and Risk Assessment processes and constantly monitor and update the system to be built on these processes.
  • Collect and document risks that may affect the company's operations.
  • Manage the process of creating geographic resources by identifying critical processes and equipment.
  • Implement the company's processes in accordance with the requirements of ISO 22301: 2019 - Security and Resilience.
  • Conduct regular and regular audits in Baku and other regions to check the status of security systems and processes.
  • Prepare relevant documents required by the standard and carry out the ISO 22301 certification process.
  • Conduct annual and quarterly Business Sustainability tests to identify potential risks and keep Business Sustainability Plans fresh.
  • Identify problems during inspections at Information Centers and Transmission Connection Points and coordinate the process by informing relevant persons.
  • Establishment of a Civil Defense case in the company in accordance with the requirements of the legislation and the company's annual Civil Defense Plan.
  • Conducting Civil Defense trainings for employees and freelancers of Azercell Telecom LLC.
  • Submitting reports to the Ministry of Emergency Situations on the state of civil defense during the year.
  • Central executive authorities, municipalities, law enforcement agencies, prosecutor's office, etc. to manage relations with government agencies such as.
  • Analyze logs and review log-based information both in its original form and using internal tools.

Requirements:

  • Education: Higher Education (Risk / Business Management, Audit and Technical);
  • Experience: At least 2 (two) years of work experience in this field;
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani - Excellent level, Russian / English - high level of written and oral communication skills;
  • Be aware of the company's strategy, business interests and industry development;
  • High analytical and risk assessment skills, as well as oral, written and computer communication skills for reporting and auditing purposes;
  • High communication and training skills;
  • Knowledge of Risk Management;
  • Work experience on international standards;
  • Experience in developing policies and procedures;
