e-Commerce Marketplace Manager

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings,promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance.
• Correcting product descriptions, product placement, new item posting, out of stock item removal
• Active search for new partners (contacting by email, phone, social media)
• Assisting customers during the order process
• Creating commercial proposals and business contracts
• Using promotional pricing strategies

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of e-commerces and/or business development experience
• Deep knowledge and experience of e-commerce and digital marketing techniques
• Business fluent english skills are needed
• Computer proficiency in google drive, teams, google tables, outlook
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with E-commerce marketing and digital sales drivers with marketplace and channel advisors
• Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting and content management systems and processes

Extra awesome:

• Proficiency in Japanese at least JLPT 3
• Having interest in Japan and its culture
• Experience and/or interest in automobiles and motorcycles.
• Working hours: 5-day work week, from 9:00 to 18:00
• Ability to work remotely once a week

Salary: Competitive, based on experience + Bonus,
