Role Description:

Payroll specialist will be responsible for processing company’s employee data:

  • Accurate processing of payroll with the correct amount of overtime worked, vacations taken, deductions, bonuses, etc.
  • Keeps track of salaries, benefit rates and other information of new hires
  • Administers employee-data processing on e-gov.az
  • Responsible for preparation and administration of pay-slips for all employees
  • Ensures timely processing of wages in liaison with accounting department
  • Preserves confidentiality under all circumstances and is comfortable working with sensible data

Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:

  • 2+ years of experience as payroll specialist in a 300+ organization
  • Higher education in Finance/Accounting or Business
  • Excellent knowledge of e-gov system for HR administration
  • Good knowledge of regulations and legislation in the field
  • Solid organizational abilities and great attention to details
  • Written and oral Russian and English (intermediate); Azerbaijani is a must.
