Required skills and experience:

  • Relevant experience in one of the following fields: community management/customer care/student or customer services, preferably in education, innovation areas
  • Basic skills in working with Microsoft Office and Google services (documents, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.), tech-savviness
  • Passion to work in educational field
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Ability to collaborate with team, colleagues and partners
  • To be an effective communicator, strong conflict management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Public speaking skills
  • Comfort and experience interacting with teenagers and youth
  • Ability to be tactful and assertive

Responsibilities:

  • Creation of a strong student and alumni community (network) for all educational projects of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency
  • Supporting community of alumni and maintaining environment of common spirit in order to increase awareness, pride, and volunteer participation for future batches
  • Communicating with the students, team members and leaders of educational partners
  • Leading/participating at related events and presenting project to interested community
  • Collecting relevant data from students and educational partners
  • Managing communication channels with students
  • Holding periodic meetings with students
  • Finding relevant students on request of PR & Marketing team(s) for marketing/pr activities
  • Organizing meetings with groups of students on request
