Sinteks Company is the one of the largest and most successful fashion retailers in Caucasus with 39 points of sales in the Region. A current activity of the Sinteks MMC is Fashion Retail/Franchising of fashion labels: Gucci, Dolce&Gabbana, Escada, Burberry, Emporio-Armani, Salvatore Ferragamo and others.
Responsibilities:
Planning, direction and coordination import and export deliveries within the Company using variety of company sources or organizing out- source transportation services.
Completing and filing compliance documentation for import, export, supply chain security and custom clearance. Planning and scheduling the delivery of goods and cargoes.
Responsible for managing the loading of vehicles, completed stock and load bay areas.
Controls all vehicles that are in submission Cost management and reporting. Identifying & delivering operational cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives.
Administration of the financial balance with the transportation service suppliers
Checks system reports timely and carries out all necessary reports Managing supplier delivery performance and maintain supplier contracts.
Development of the logistics supply base and managing all supply chain activities.
Requirements:
Knowledge of importing and forwarding.
Experienced in transport management.
Comprehensive understanding of Contract Law and Standard Transport Terms and Conditions.
Planning and Supply Chain management experience.
Extensive knowledge of the freight and transport industries.
Knowledge of international Incoterms (FAS, FOB, FCA, DDU, DDP and etc.)
Ability to manage a number of projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent of knowledge of Excel and related specialist logistics software.
Comprehensive understanding of Contract Law and Standard Transport Terms and Conditions.
Planning and Supply Chain management experience.
Extensive knowledge of the freight and transport industries.
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
Able to use route planning and scheduling software. Retail logistic experience is preferable.
