Key responsibilities:

  • Build campaign flows in the CRM tool;
  • Measure and report the efficiency of CRM campaigns (ROI, response rate etc.);
  • Provide AB test of pre-defined versions;
  • Analyze the digital sales process to identify abandonment, bounce rates in sales funnels;
  • Provide report of CRM KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, statistics, economics etc.);
  • At least two years of experience in CRM, IT related positions;
  • Experience in CRM or marketing automation tools (preferably Optimove);
  • Experience in development, tuning of forecasting and predictive models are advantages;
  • Sound knowledge of marketing analytics terms;
  • Digital marketing experience;
  • Business acumen;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Creative and data driven mindset;
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and skills;
  • Interest in sport and virtual games is preferred
