Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement company sales strategy by keeping, developing existing customers and acquiring new customers. Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Coordinate the work with current accounts, keep smoothly running operations
  • Prepare for the visit/negotiation (company’s specialty, possible contacts, Rayda’s products), build network by seeking further connections, and hold negotiation
  • Gather information during negotiation, assess client’s needs, and introduce Rayda’s products and the possible solutions to the problem arisen. 
  • Hold daily meetings, calls and proposals  
  • Cross sell, upsell  
  • Meeting clients, generating leads, closing deals
  • Working over achieving monthly,quarterly, and yearly sales plan

Requirements:

  • Graduate university degree. 
  • At least 2-years sales is an advantage;
  • Good command of Russian, average English is accepted
  • Confident and highly self-motivated;
  • A good personality, professional conduct, articulate, good communication skills and a quick learner;
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced work environment;
  • Ability to problem-solve and excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and  cooperatively with team members;
  • Strong leadership skills, result-oriented;
  • Age 26-35
