Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement company sales strategy by keeping, developing existing customers and acquiring new customers. Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
- Coordinate the work with current accounts, keep smoothly running operations
- Prepare for the visit/negotiation (company’s specialty, possible contacts, Rayda’s products), build network by seeking further connections, and hold negotiation
- Gather information during negotiation, assess client’s needs, and introduce Rayda’s products and the possible solutions to the problem arisen.
- Hold daily meetings, calls and proposals
- Cross sell, upsell
- Meeting clients, generating leads, closing deals
- Working over achieving monthly,quarterly, and yearly sales plan
Requirements:
- Graduate university degree.
- At least 2-years sales is an advantage;
- Good command of Russian, average English is accepted
- Confident and highly self-motivated;
- A good personality, professional conduct, articulate, good communication skills and a quick learner;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced work environment;
- Ability to problem-solve and excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively with team members;
- Strong leadership skills, result-oriented;
- Age 26-35
