Main Responsibilities:

  • Executing marketing strategies in line with corporate strategic targets 
  • Planning, developing and leading the consumer & customer promotions, new launch plans and sales support initiatives per annual business plan with possible extension to ad-hoc activities to strengthen competitiveness 
  • Perform regular site visits, monitoring all on-going projects  
  • Performing market research, analysis, and testing using a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy
  • Planning and ordering of new POSMs, displays and innovations; and ensuring the efficient usage of these materials by sales team
  • Controlling product budget splits by setting regular checkpoints for spending versus plans
  • Assisting in execution of marketing plans to reach target audience through identified channels
  • Perform Post Promotional Analysis.

Main requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Min 1 year of working experience
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a passionate environment.

 

Work schedule - 5 days, 08:30-17:30,
