Personal Assistant to General Manager

Responsibilities:

• Arranging travel and accommodation
• Calendar management, monitor & deal with telephone calls / emails, relay messages or refer callers as appropriate or as directed
• Handle all aspects of meeting arrangements and supporting documentation, conference calls, including adhoc administrative support as required
• Keeping and maintaining an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the GM
• Minute general meetings as required
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
• Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post
• Drafting  documents,  reports and presentations as required
• Undertake any other duties as requested by General Manager

Ideal Profile :

• University degree
• PA experience in supporting a senior manager and their team is essential
• Fluent in English and  Azeri,  Russian is a plus
• Shorthand and excellent typing skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Well presented
• Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised

Salary: 500-600 AZN
